Course overview

This is an applied course for data scientists with general-purpose programming experience who wish to harness growing digital and computational resources for data scientific applications. The focus of the course is on generating reproducible tools and analysis using reproducible programmatic techniques. Students will leave the course with data analytic skills implemented through many computational methods and approaches to data science; while students will not become expert data scientists, they will be able to adapt and expand beyond these skills as they are presented with new questions, methods, and data.
